Bless Your Cart Cancellation Policy
At Bless Your Cart, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Deposits & Final Payment
A 20% deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. If final payment is not received by this deadline, the event may be subject to cancellation.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their event at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
We cannot accommodate rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event, as food preparation begins during this time.
Force Majeure & Cancellations by Bless Your Cart
In the unlikely event that Bless Your Cart must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, equipment failure, or a staff emergency), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
